Ariana Langdon, ND

Dr. Ariana Langdon is thrilled to be joining the team at Oasis Family Medicine. As a board-certified Naturopathic Physician she is trained to investigate the root causes of disease and to utilize interventions that restore a person’s health and vitality. Dr. Langdon has worked a great deal with chronic disease (which would include cancer), chronic pain and mental health. She uses a multifactorial approach that looks at environmental, physiological and biochemical influences to systematically address ones’ wellness journey. Due to her background with trauma work she keeps in mind how physical and psychological traumas play a role in ones’ health and ensures these impacts are concomitantly addressed. She is grateful to her patients for their honesty and determination. She is grateful to her mentors for their brilliance and wisdom.

Dr. Langdon grew up in Chicago’s Ukrainian Village, attending Ukrainian camps, dance, and Saturday school. She remembers this Ukrainian community forming her love for primitive skills, folk dance and linguistics. After completing her Bachelors of Science in Geography she lived in Western Europe for four years, continuing her pursuits in sociolinguistics. While living in Edinburgh, Scotland she had a chance encounter with a library of medical texts and recalled her earlier passion, as a teenager, to pursue medicine. Shortly thereafter she returned to the United States and completed a post-bacc in pre-med while becoming an Emergency Medical Technician. She then worked in the Emergency Room for four years. During this time she did a medical mission to Ukraine with UMANA (Ukrainian Medical Association of North America). She hopes to continue doing medical missions to other countries in the future.

Dr. Langdon graduated from the accredited Naturopathic Medical School, Bastyr University, in Seattle. In her clinical practice she has seen patients from newborns to centennials and works with a wide range of conditions. She has a special interest in chronic infections, brain health and post-Cancer treatment recovery. Dr. Langdon does consulting work for Dave Asprey’s 40 Years of Zen, an immersive Neurofeedback facility where she worked for four years as a senior facilitator for trauma release and brain performance.

Dr. Langdon recently moved from Seattle to southwestern Wisconsin’s Driftless Region. She lives on 45-acres of forest with her vibrant son and enjoys wild harvesting plants, reading the Classics and international cuisine.
