- For ALL Bioshot injections (Stem Cell, Exosomes, PRP and Prolozone) the 30-min office visit is $245 [or $125-joint or $175-trigger point for Medicare patients] and are paid for at the time of service. This office visit fee is IN-ADDITION to all the below "Material Fees". This is true for Cash, PPO, Medicare.
- If a 60-min appointment is needed, the $445 office visit fee (or $225 office visit fee for Medicare patients) is IN-ADDITION to all the below “Materials fees”.
- Note: All office visit rates are due at the time of service for all Cash, PPO, and Medicare clients.
