A Tale of Two Chips

A Tale of Two Chips

Recently, someone gave me a bag of chips (obviously, as a joke ;), specifically Doritos Blaze, and being the health-minded person that I am, I decided to investigate the ingredients to see if there is any "real food" value. To give equal time to all sides, I compared the ingredients in Doritos Blaze to the ingredients in a "healthy" chip, i.e. Jackson's Honest Purple Heirloom Potato Chips. What I found was shocking, but not surprising.

Don't get me wrong, I do LOVE chips, but I do my best to consume healthy alternatives when it comes to snacks. As most people do, I want to enjoy what I'm eating, but I want to make sure it has good nutritional value. When we are consciously aware of what we are putting into our bodies, then we are on the right path to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Check out my blog video below to get the shocking results! As always, feel free to pass this along!
