Bad-Ass Waters

Bad-Ass Waters

Two weeks ago the blog was about water purification (Water Fraud).

One week ago the blog was about waters to avoid (Baddest Waters), which by the way, I made a mistake in that zip code 90066 is actually the Culver City area (not Silverlake-Los Feliz area).

This week’s blog is for that extra special bad-ass (as in ‘fantastic’) water that you might want to purchase.

The three general categories to consider purchasing are:

1) Hydrogen Water (i.e. Active H2)

2) Oxygen Water (i.e. Kaqun water, Ozonated water)

3) Structured Water (i.e. Double Helix Water, Hunza water)

There is no doubt in my mind that there is something to the healing qualities of the above waters. How much enhanced health do they impart? You can try them and be your own ultimate judge.

Besides the air we breathe, water is the most important thing we take into our body, so in addition to having good pure filtered water with carbon filter plus either distilled or reverse osmosis, getting your water structured after that purification process is likely a good thing.

Put into cave-person speak:  Take bad out.  Put good in.

The structuring can be done by any of the three options listed above, including the hydrogen water or oxygen water, as those both also help to structure the water.  Please click on the included links to learn more about each, as the links listed will take you to the studies that have been done on each.  Especially interesting is the hydrogen water.  Please learn more at http://www.MolecularHydrogenFoundation.org/studies/

The only company that has a good clean hydrogen water product made in the U.S. that I am aware of currently is “Active H2” which you can buy from Purative.com (or available cheaper in the office).

For those of you interested in Double Helix Water, you can buy it online for around $60 per bottle (or in the office for $45 as we pass on wholesale discount to you).

For Hunza water, here is a link on how to make your own homemade Hunza Water

Just a few drops of some of these can go a long way toward likely giving your body a better chance to oxygenate, hydrate, turn on its natural anti-oxidant / pro-oxidant homeostasis abilities, decrease inflammation, and ultimately create more optimal health for you.  These effects are real and scientific.  You are invited to find out just how real and how scientific using the links at your discretion.

Expensive water is sure to generate much skepticism, which is excellent because there are a lot of other water products out there that are complete frauds (and I’m sure there are other waters out there that I don’t know about yet that are quite beneficial too).

Regardless, for anyone who is serious about their health, when it comes to water, bad out, good in!

Watch the video below, and as always, feel free to pass it along!
