Immune System for Winter Season

Fall is in full swing (and Winter is approaching) and along with the cooler weather, so is cold and flu season. Hence, I want to provide you with some resources to help prevent or lessen the impact of illness. It's never too soon to start building your immune system. A strong immune system is a great way, if not the best way, to fight off whatever you are faced with.
